Mastering Exposure for Beginners

This class is perfect for beginners to anyone that wants to refresh their skills or to learn in-depth how exposure works, so you are able to get the best exposure to achieve your vision for a photograph.
With the help of the exposure triangle and tailored exercises you will learn how Aperture, Shutter and ISO work together, how the different metering modes in the camera works, when to use which and how to verify if got a good exposure.
You will also learn how to create motion blur, out of focus backgrounds and vice versa, along with techniques and tools for those extremely difficult exposures.
Golden Hour Sunset Meetup

In this meet-up you will learn how to capture golden hour light and the setting sun. We will explore shooting into the sun, how to get a balanced exposure and long exposure techniques.
Introduction to Astrolandscape Photography

This introduction class to Astro landscape photography is perfect for beginners or anyone with a keen interest that wants to try it out.
Astro landscape is a challenging, but fun, rewarding and interesting genre of photography that sets itself apart from other astro photography by including landscape detail in the shot.
In this class, you will learn everything from how to plan, prepare for and capture amazing astro landscape images on your own, be it the spot stars, star trails, meteor showers or the Milky Way.
Weather dependent class: If there is too much cloud cover, this class will move to another weekend. Should that happen as much advanced notice as possible will be given including the new date.
Street Photography Meetup

In this meet-up you will learn about street photography and get more comfortable photographing in public. Learn to look for interesting detail and encounters through the power of observation for some great street photography.
We will also go over settings, focusing techniques and lens choices common to street photography to help us capture those random chance encounters.
Photography for Beginners Class

Take the first steps on your photographic journey with this photography for beginners class, where you will learn the basics of the three fundamental cornerstones in photography; Composition, Light and Exposure. You will learn basic composition techniques and tips, how to recognise and work with different lighting conditions, understanding the exposure triangle and how to apply this to your exposures in manual or any of the semi-automatic modes.
This class is ideal for the beginner and for those who feel they need a refresher or to fill in the gaps in their knowledge.
Black and White Photography Meetup
